At Zahiya Academy, every child’s journey matters, whether they come from our local community or from places torn by hardship. Your support helps us provide quality education to children who have lost access to learning, stability, and hope.
Among our students this year are children from Gaza, temporarily in the U.S. for medical treatment. They’ve lived through unimaginable loss. Their schools destroyed, their routines shattered. For two years, they’ve had no access to regular education.
Today, at Zahiya Academy, they’re learning basic English and Arabic, rediscovering laughter, and rebuilding confidence in a safe, nurturing environment.

These children will return to Gaza this spring to a home that, because of the 2025 war, has been largely demolished. Before they go, our teachers are working tirelessly to ensure they are equipped with foundational language, faith, and academic skills to continue learning wherever they are.

• Provide individualized instruction and therapy resources for children with medical and learning challenges.

• Supply laptops, reading materials, and educational games to support English and Arabic literacy.

• Offer tuition assistance to other local students from struggling families, ensuring no child is left behind.
